So tart and refreshing. Our love of citrus runs deep and the amazingly bright taste of key lime adds such a flavor enhancer to salads of mixed greens, spinach or arugula. Combine with pasta and vegetables for a quick, light dinner or serve over vegetables (pea pods are great).

Well bottled and attractive. Does use concentrated lime juice, which I was looking for. It is syrupy sweet and thick, so I cut it down to 2 tablespoons dressing mixed with one tablespoon white vinegar and one tablespoon water. That was perfect for me. Cut the carbs from 9 carbs per 2 tablespoons to 4 and 1/2 carbs per 2 tablespoons and took away the too sweet taste. I will buy more if they keep making it, but it would be nice and cheaper to make by adding the distilled white vinegar and water. Lime dressing is hard to find.
When Kraft made zesty lime dressing, the stores could not stock enough. It was thinner, much less sweet, but lots of lime juice concentrate. This dressing has enough lime juice concentrate to let you know this is a lime based dressing.
