At Boswell’s Beanery, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. While we do not accept returns, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service. If any items are broken or spilled during the shipping process, we will gladly replace them. Please review our return policy below.
1. Damaged or Spilled Items
If you receive any items that are broken or spilled, please follow these steps:
Take clear photos of the damaged or spilled items and the packaging.
Contact our customer support team at 330-414-3233 or email orders@boswellsbeanery.com within 2 days of the final delivery.
Provide the order number and attach the photos of the damaged or spilled items.
Our customer support team will review your claim and provide further instructions for the replacement process.
2. Eligibility
Only items that are broken or spilled during the shipping process are eligible for replacement.
The return claim must be completed within 2 days of the final delivery.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer support team at 330-414-3233 or email orders@boswellsbeanery.com within 2 days of the final delivery to report the issue.
Our customer support team will guide you through the process of replacing damaged or spilled items.
In some cases, we may request that you provide additional information or return the damaged items for inspection.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than items being broken or spilled during shipping.
